Glenstantia Primary School is seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to the Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a dynamic educational environment and can support the Principal in managing the school’s daily operations.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum qualification: Matric
An administrative qualification will be an advantage
High level of computer literacy (MS Office)
Proficiency in school computer systems such as D6 will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Previous experience in an educational environment will be an advantage
Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced minute-taking skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality
Professional and approachable, able to interact positively with a wide range of people
Willingness to occasionally work after hours
Applicants must have no criminal record and provide valid police clearance.
