As a Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial transactions. Your duties will include:

  • Capturing daily invoices and ensuring timely payments
  • Managing clients/customers invoices and service providers' contracts
  • Daily cash flow management and bank statement reconciliation
  • E-filing submissions and handling tax-related tasks
  • Producing financial reports, running payroll, generating invoices, and processing payments
  • Implementing streamlined financial processes within the department

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with Sage and SARS submissions
  • Proficiency in payroll, reporting, and e-filing
  • Previous bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Matric certification

Work Hours and Location: Standard work hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional after-hours and weekend payment processing requirements. This position is strictly onsite.
