Our client in Soweto is an established company looking for an Insurance Branch Manager to plan, manage and monitor the implementation of all branch management activities and processes to deliver on approved operational plans, market growth in financial services and funeral products.  

This role also involves researching the marketplace and recommending the most appropriate products and services available, ensuring that clients are aware of products that best meet their needs ensuring sales.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all branch operations, including all Staff matters, Training, Supervision, Innovative strategies to increase productivity and performance levels to achieve the branches financial targets;
  • Applying your networking, relationship and influencing skills to promote sales and meeting branch targets;
  • Presenting to prospective clients;
  • Analysing financial data in order to develop strategies for meeting client and branch goals;
  • Assisting with interpreting financial document summaries.

What you must have:

  • 5 - 10 Years Insurance experience in Financial Services 
  • A completed relevant Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant FAIS accreditation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint advance level)
