Our client is looking for a talented, experienced New Business Development Manager within the Recruitment Industry....

What will you be doing:

This role will provide guidance and support to a wide variety of both complex and routine HR/Recruitment Solutions, working closely with the needs of the clients business.

The successful candidate will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders of varying levels within our client's business.

You will play a consultative role in assisting in the implementation of key business recruitment initiatives and providing business guidance on essential compliance for companies.

The role will be exposed to all areas of the full recruitment life-cycle.

Partnering and liaising with the Talent team on projects relating to end-to-end process.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as prospecting, territory planning, cold calls, and relationship building.

You will be accountable for focusing on and generating business through new sales with companies of all sizes and industries.

Your target market will be with middle to senior management within the client's organization.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives for medium to large size accounts.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach and follow a strategic market plan to develop new business.
  • Perform weekly marketing calls and weekly appointments.
  • Using the consultative sales strategy to effectively resolve client objections and maximize sales activity within assigned territory.
  • Evaluating and determine the client needs and a plan of action to offer recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborating with appropriate internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the account.
  • Making formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal service staff to ensure that accounts sold are consistent with service resources and candidate pool.
  • Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by our Client and awareness of the competition Meet/exceed performance expectations including weekly calls, appointments; Organize weekly sales efforts utilizing the Contact Record Management (CRM) system, including all contacts, activities, appointments, and opportunities.
