Our client in Springs is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager managing the performance of their Financial Services Team selling Financial Products.  The team consist of Customer Services; Admin & Claims.

What will you be doing?

  • Motivating the sales team to hit defines sales goals - meeting 80% of customer satisfaction rate, 5% abandon rate and 48hrs TAT on claims;
  • Financial analysis on customer accounts; 
  • Providing sales training on a regular basis - ensuring skilled expertise are optimally applied;
  • Recruiting and developing staff in all areas of responsibility;
  • Driving a multi-channel sales force to preserve and increase market share and budget objectives;
  • Reporting on sales achievements and take action accordingly;
  • Assisting with sales strategies;
  • Continuously improving and implementing ways of achieving operational excellence;
  • Conducting monthly Performance Reviews;
  • Implementing and achieving compliance through all sales channels;
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting reporting;
  • Monitoring the inbound & outbound lines;
  • Managing & monitoring the policy administration; customer service and claims process;
  • Managing also premium collection and premium collection offices.

What you must have:

  • A completed Bachelors Degree;
  • Min 8yrs Life Insurance & min 5yrs management experience;
  • Must have RE & KI;
  • Computer literacy essential

You will also be required:

To work beyond regular work hours if and when required;
To provide the client with a valid driver's license and your tertiary qualification.
