Source & Selection Premium

  1. Job Specification Assistance: We will assist in crafting an engaging advertisement with a Q&A section on popular platforms like Careers24, Indeed, LinkedIn, and free job boards, as well as through networking. The advertisement will remain live for 10 days.
  2. Sourcing: Acquiring Applicants: We will acquire through advert response and will also proactively source potential candidates from Careers24, inviting qualified individuals to apply for the role while it is actively open.
  3. Screening: Assessing Applicants: We will assess applicants based on minimum requirements, Q&A responses, and CV information.
  4. Select: We will select up to 5 candidates per role based on the screening process.
  5. Present: We will present an applicant report that includes Q&A responses, scoring, and CVs of the shortlisted candidates.
  6. Closure of Project: The client will provide feedback on the successful candidate. S&S will regretfully inform unsuccessful candidates about their application status. We will then finalise the project by closing the recruitment process.

Source & Selection Lite
