About this Role:

To ensure business continuity by proving an administrative support service and playing a key liaison role with the sales team, retailers and Head Office, thereby contributing to the growth of the business.
Also to support the Area Sales Managers by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department and staff.

Relevant experience required:

3yrs+ in Office Administration and sales
Experience supporting a geographically dispersed team

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing EOI packs for Sales Representatives
  • Assisting the sales representatives with new applications by acting as a liaison with head office and by logging the application on the CRM system
  • Liaiinge daily with the Vetting and accreditation department regarding cancellations; change of information; relocation and completion; and provide statements recording details of the same to assist the Vetting and Accreditation department
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports for the regional management team
  • Complying and track cycle travel requirements for the relevant regions
  • Assisting retailers telephonically with queries, new application and or terminal issues by opening up a case on the CRM management tool and assigning it to the relevant department
  • Providing secretarial assistance to the Area Sales Managers and Field Co-Coordinators
